Terms of Service

Some features (purchases, downloads, and your account page) require you to sign up with a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.

Music previews on the Site are provided for your personal, non-commercial listening only. Streaming does not grant you any ownership or license to use, download, or redistribute the music.

• Songs and albums may be offered for purchase as digital downloads.
• Beats are offered under specific license tiers (Basic, Stems, and Exclusive), and production/mixing/marketing services are offered under their own contracts.
• What you may do with a purchased download or licensed beat is defined by the specific agreement you accept at checkout. Those agreement terms apply in addition to these Terms. See our Content & Licensing page.

Prices may be displayed in several currencies for convenience, but charges are processed in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) through our payment provider (MMG). By paying, you authorise the charge for the order you placed.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final. No refunds are provided after payment or delivery of files, except where required by law.

You agree that you will not:

• resell, re-license, or redistribute any beat, song, or file;
• claim ownership or authorship of an instrumental you licensed;
• use any content to train artificial-intelligence models or datasets;
• copy, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its private files.

All content on the Site — including music, beats, recordings, artwork, text, and branding — is owned by A-Lex Production or its respective rights holders and is protected by law. Nothing on the Site transfers ownership except as expressly stated in a license or agreement you purchase.

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Lex Production is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
