This page explains who owns the content on a-lexproduction.com and what you may do with it. It summarises our approach — the specific agreement you accept at checkout is the binding document for any purchase.
Ownership
All beats, songs, recordings, artwork, and other material on the Site are owned by A-Lex Production (Alexander Alphonso) or the respective rights holders we work with. Nothing here is royalty-free or public domain.
Streaming vs. licensing
Streaming previews on the Site are for personal listening only and grant no rights to use, download, or release the music. To use a beat in your own release, you must buy a license; to own a song/album file, you must purchase the download.
Beat license tiers
- Basic Lease — a non-exclusive lease with MP3 + WAV files for one song and one video.
- Stems Lease — a non-exclusive lease including full track-out stems.
- Exclusive Rights — exclusive rights to the instrumental recording; the beat is removed from the store.

Producer credit
For all licenses, the producer must be credited as “Prod. by A-Lex Production” on streaming platforms, video descriptions, and any release metadata, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Restrictions
Across all licenses and downloads, you may not:
- resell, re-license, or redistribute the files;
- claim ownership or authorship of an instrumental;
- register Content ID on a leased beat;
- use the content to train AI models or datasets;
- transfer your rights to a third party.
